All returns must be sent back within 3 days and items must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs of the return, and/ or shipping cost for exchanges. Please email us at lattshop.ae@gmail.com if you would like to do a return for exchange or store credit, and please provide us with your name, receipt number, and date of purchase. We do not issue money back only store gift cards. Moreover, If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Gifts Return Policy:
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
Latte shop is not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
