All the ceramic products in latte shop are hand made and some air bubbles, different measurement and colors may accrue but it’s not a quality issue . If you mind please don’t buy it or contact latteshop.ae@gmail.com
- Handmade Pottery should not go in the Dishwasher,Microwave Or Oven
- Not applicable: microwave oven
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged ( quality issue ) at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories
- Replacing the product or Issue a refund
- And we'll also cover the cost of any return shipping
If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
