Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs of the return, and/ or shipping cost for exchanges. We do not issue money back only store gift cards. Moreover, If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 3 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Gifts Return Policy:
If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You. If the Goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we'll make it right by:
